Kasey (owner) has been doing my hair for more than a decade. I live in Florida now and drive 8+ hours to see her because no one else has ever done as good a job with either cut or color. She is funny, caring and a true artist. Every time she does my hair strangers on the street compliment my hair. On a side note: I saw another post on here with a low rating for Customer service and while I wasnâ€™t present for the incident I just wanted to say that I can see how that could be frustrating, but Iâ€™m surprised because Iâ€™ve seen Kasey try and make things right and provide exceptional customer service many times and she is always quick to accept responsibility and offer something to compensate or make things right.

The worst customer service I have received. I tried to confirm 30 minutes before my appointment WITH THE OWNER and was ignored. I called and texted. She told me she lived super close and to not rush. I was 15 minutes late because of traffic, as I said in my texts, and when I got there I had to have another employee try and contact her over and over. That employee knew nothing of my appointment. She showed up an hour later, hooked me up to the machine, and left. Did not offer any compensation for my wait then said it was not her fault I had to wait. That the other employee should have done it. When I asked for my money back for the horrible customer service, she refused. What a horrible way to treat your customers!
