My first time to the Regis in coastal grand mall. Called in morning, they gave me 4:30 appt. same day as I requested. Well I met Katy who greeted me with a beautiful smile and I sincere confident handshake as she introduced herself! She listened to my every request. She gave me exactly what I asked for and it looks absolutely beautiful. As we chatted I just relaxed and really enjoyed my experience. Katy has personality plus . She certainly will be my stylist for now on. At the end of me feeling like a whole new me, I just had to give her a hug. She gave me a look that I tried about five different places in 2 years and never got what I asked for. Katy I will see you again and I truly thank you. Excellent choice Regis, Katy is an excellent hire! She is definitely keeper! She is the person people will follow no matter where she works! ❤️

It was Christmas Eve and I needed a new hair style bad for the upcoming year . I was looking for someone to literally chop all my hair off . I came across Katie . I was scared out of my life to have someone cut so much hair off of me but she did an amazing job . I didn’t know how I wanted it cut so we both discussed what would be the best with my face shape through some of my pictures . We talked and laughed . And she reassured me that it’s okay she’s got me through the whole process . When she was done I couldn’t believe how good it came out . It was so good my mom tipped her $40 . Christmas influence ? Maybe . No seriously she did great . Highly recommend Katie
