Really great hair place! I love my color. The leg and foot massage was a nice touch. The best was the pillow for my head while she was washing my hair. The price was pretty steep and itâ€™ll keep me from going often but I will be back again.

I had box colored my hair for 10 years. If you can imagine, my hair was not in the best shape or color! I finally decided to pamper myself and went to the Industry. 6 months, and three visits later my hair is healthier than it has ever been! The customer service from everyone there is fantastic!!! They wouldnâ€™t do anything to your hair that they would be comfortable doing to their own!!! I definitely recommend the Industry!! â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸

You will not find a salon with this level of service and quality within 100 miles... trust me, I've looked. I am always blown away at the level of service and royal treatment the owner and everyone that works here provides to their customers. You are offered complimentary water, coffee or mimosas upon your arrival, can enjoy a leg/foot massage while you process, and their sinks are so comfortable I could easily fall asleep while getting my hair washed! The owner is doing everything right to make getting your hair done a relaxing luxury experience, but that's nothing compared to the quality products and talent that goes into the work they do on actual hair. I am always so happy with my hair every time I go and get stopped by strangers at least once a week asking where I get my hair done. I will never go anywhere else and recommend this salon to anyone I know that's looking for quality hair color, cut, and care by educated, talented, and really sweet people. They go above and beyond for their customers and never fail to make you feel like you're the most important client when you're there. I love it, everything about it, and my hair speaks for itself!

This salon is truly a wonderful experience! Everyone is so pleasant and it is so relaxing to have your hair done in a peaceful atmosphere due to the stylists having their own rooms. I love what Lauren does with my hair! You cannot go wrong with any of the stylists. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. The manager always greets you with a smile as you walk in. I highly recommend this salon!

This is an amazing salon. I absolutely love my hair every time I leave. I must say I enjoy the foot massage while my hair is processing. Love Lauren Hensley! Highly recommend her or any of the girls in this salon. Great addition to downtown Spartanburg.
