I have been crying for 3 days….. Went in to get a body wave my hair is about or was about the middle of my back. She left the solution in for five minutes. Not sure what brand she used, but it completely fried my hair she told me to come back and she would give me a trim to get out the dead ends while her trim wound up being 5 inches for my hair when she told me she would keep the length so now my hair is shoulder length and my beautiful hair looks like I don’t know what I can’t do anything with it. It’s frizzy all over. I am so upset. Nice people that work there but I think they need to listen to the customer more and maybe invest in some higher quality body wave solution than the crud they put on my hair that destroyed it. Not to mention the way she cut my hair….. pictures show my hair before how beautiful it was and this is what she did to it……

super uncomfortable experience. the woman up front(forgot her name) asked me if i was straight, continuously called me cute, and made me hug her when i was only there to get my hair done. the woman who cut my hair- i believe natalie- insisted on layers when i insisted i wanted to keep my current style, pushed the matter until i caved in and agreed, and was quite rude when i mentioned in passing that i might dye my hair black in the future and went on about how it doesn't look good. i had multiple pictures of what i wanted, she just layered my hair and took some length off. she didn't even touch my bangs. overall an uncomfortable experience, as well as not getting the results i wanted. i highly recommend to go somewhere else.

Nice staff, bad at hair. Did not listen to what i asked them to do and basically did their own entire thing. Nor did they explain what they were doing. Asked for a certain color style, said they could not do it, then did my whole head the color they said they couldn't do which wasn't what i asked for anyways.

The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They are big on customer service and that is so much appreciated during a time when customer service is so scarce. They prioritize satisfaction and offer a guarantee. I have shopped around for a "good" hair stylist for quite some time and I've finally found a great one!

JP cut my hair today & promised me a cut I would ♥️. I told her I had been to MANY stylists since we moved here 5 years ago & they always cut my hair too short & don't listen when I explain or show them what I like. They give me a cut that is way too short & I don't like then proclaim "I. really like the cut I gave you! You should too!" JP didn't disappoint! I♥️♥️♥️ my cut! She is a true professional stylist! I showed her a few pictures of cuts I like & she took it from there. She also didn't load up my hair with a lot of hair styling products. I am so thankful I have finally found a stylist that listens & understands her customer's desires & gives a fantastic cut!
