I am caucasian/African American and my hair type is very thick, coarse, and curly hair. I went into great clips just for a trim to clean up the ends (1 inch). I am not happy with the results. I do not know what the woman’s name was but she did it all wrong. She did brush my hair while it was dry and that ruins shape and curl definition and adds frizz. This is a major curly hair sin. I usually comb my hair with a wide tooth comb while it’s wet. I did hesitate to tell her this, though, I’m fear of sounding rude and mean. Next, I asked her just to get my hair wet though she said I had lots of buildup so I let her wash my hair with the professional shampoo that she said don’t have any of the extra chemicals like sulfates and parabens. Bad idea. My hair now after 5 hours is WAAAAAY fuzzier than usual and barely has any curl and shape to it and feels bad. Not my best experience :(

I asked for a haircut and the lady spent half an hour on it and ended up not doing what was asked. The hair looks choppy and i had to even it out at home when it dried. They do not know how to cut hair there unless you are shaving it off. And no thank you, I do not want to call the number or e-mail. Im just not going back there. I gave it 2 tries, once with my daughter and once for myself... and both times it turned out awful. This is "inverted bob" in Great Clips terms.

An employee with the name of Sara gave me the worse haircut I have ever seen. The back is uneven, choppy, and there are spots shorter than others. She did not care to layer or thin my hair whatsoever. I gave her specific instructions and she clearly ignored them. Will never go back! I could’ve done better with a pocket knife and blind fold.

Rated a 1 because i cannot give a zero. Younger girl cut my hair, wish i saved the receipt to say who. Hair cut was gawd awful. Easy men's cut no guard sides, back, blend top finger length bangs a little longer. Had her fix the blend on sides 2 times before I left. When friend seen hair, said i need to go back. The girl never did cut left side on top, back was not even blended, and there was patches left long on the right side. Same girl fixed hair when i went back, only because the others were busy. Also told her bangs were crooked. After I I left looked at hair and bangs still crooked. I went and brought a pair of scissors and fixed myself. I will never ever stop back, and I hope that girl is no longer there.
