When I tried to enter the building the main door was locked and when I was finally let in I was told they lock the front door when they are in back. I thought that was odd for a business to lock the front door when they are open. I was then led in back for my haircut by Shelagh. When she washed my hair she didn't put a towel behind my neck so it is still sore today from the sink. I asked her advice on the haircut. She said layers so thinking that she knew what she was doing I let her do it. I ended up with a generic haircut that I hate. I look like a high school kid who got their first layered cut. She also held the blow drier on my scalp too long and burned me. On top of that when my haircut was done I found a piece 4 inches longer than the rest of my hair and she said I was pulling my hair from the back forward. Then when I was done it was still there and I started to feel upset about the experience and she asked me if I was going to cry in a snotty way. She took me back to cut the hair she missed and went off about how I was pulling my hair forward and that is why that was there. I told her it was 4 inches longer than the rest of my hair then she rudely said, "Well, I'm not trying to argue with you.". I also paid 26 dollars for this cut and it did not include the style. I have never been to a salon that did not. This was the worst salon experience that I have ever had.
