My son HAD long hair. Well below his shoulders. He wanted layers added for style. He provided a picture for the lady cutting his hair. The picture clearly shows all of the layers are below the ears. The over all length should have been around his shoulders. He came home extremely upset because it was whacked off above his ears. His hair was butchered! I understand not all stylist can do every cut but if you can't simply inform the customer. So after calming him down I called them. The manager explained to me that the OTHER 20 hair cuts she did that day were beautiful and this woman has tons of experience. Then she pretty much implied it was somehow my son's fault. I did tell her that obviously this woman doesn't know what she is doing. I will return tomorrow for a refund so I can take him somewhere else in hopes something can be done to salvage the mess until it grows back out. I should have read the reviews before he went. Obviously the stylists not listening and making a mess of hair cuts is fairly common

The stylist Caitlin was very kind. She asked about my day and listened intently about how I wanted my hair cut. The establishment was clean and easy to locate. They weren't very pushy about sales which was a big plus. I did like the product that was used in my hair and will be back to purchase it. Thanks Great Clips for a wonderful experience.

I got my hair, my daughter's hair, and her friends hair cut today and we all went with different styles. Kaitlin was awesome to us. She helped us so much!!

I go to this salon regularly. Most of time I am pleased, however today Dawn did not cut my hair as I wished and I left with my neck bleeding. I need to find another salon, the inconsistency is more than I can bear.
