On a Sunday i a 52 yr old female walked into smart stylein elizabethton walmart at 505pm there was one lady actually cutting hair one sweeping floor and 2 sitting up a Clarence table i asked the 1 lady how long before i could get a haircutt her an her lil helper whispered something to each other then looked at me an said we are not doing anymore cuts today i said you close at 6pm why no more cutts for the day her reply we are changing store around ( they were sitting up a clarence table putting stickers on the bottles of merchindise whats the deal i laid eyes on atleast 4 ppl an still could not get a haircutt why not the lady that was cutting hair at the time (the only one doing what was suppose to be doing) after she finished her client i sincerly hope that a manager or supervisor reads this it needs to be made right if it takes 2 ppl to put stickers on a bottle something is not right im also posting this on social media. I would highly apprciate a sulution to this problem th hank you .There fore i will not return to Smartstyle in the future thank you for letting me share this message . Sincerly Violet sexton.

I see a lady name Jessie. In the Elizabethton tn store. She does a great job on my hair and never is in a rush to push me out of the seat of they're busy.
