For the first time since I've been in the Chattanooga area, I had the best eyebrow waxing ever. Debbie Tomas is the best! She is also a great stylist. I have had great haircuts since she started cutting my hair. I have complex short hair with some thin spots, some thick spots. She always does a great job. They also use organic products. Great for sensitive skin. Thank you Debbie.

Seriously the best hair cut I’ve ever had. It’s taken me a year to find a proper stylist in Chattanooga. Lauren really understood my hair and was able to give me such a good experience. The environment is really great too. Best salon in Chatt, hands down.

Ever since I moved to Chattanooga two years ago, this was the first hair salon I tried and although there are plenty others to choose from in this city, The Strand has always been my spot! Debbie has tremendously changed my hair game! Her knowledge of hair and color and style has allowed me to trust her all the more to do some fun things with my hair and I look forward to my next appointment every time! I highly recommend this place and I love that everyone that works in this salon is so friendly!

You have to get your hair done here. Amazing! I found this salon by accident and what a happy accident! I had a cut, fantasy color, blow out and brow wax with Tracy. She and her assistant, Meghan, were both just amazing. I had so much fun and even though my color was really challenging, they never made me feel like they were rushing to complete it. I was in the salon for nearly 7 hours and yet I felt so at home. What's to love: 1. Personal and delightful service. 2. Your stylist and apprentice will absolutely listen to you, advise you and share the amazing journey with you. 3. Sitting under the heat lamp (usually my least favorite task) is AWESOME because you sit in a heated massage chair. . . WHAT??!! 4. The place smells amazing. They have wax burning in the bathroom. The products don't stink. 5. It's a GREEN salon. Good for you and the earth. 6. Cold beverages of many varieties. I felt like longtime friends with the amazing team there, even some of the stylists and assistants who weren't working with me. And my hair? OMG ON FLEAK as the kids would say. ;) Many thanks for a great, great, GREAT time.

I LOVE this place!! I went in for the first time yesterday to get my first pixie cut, and Tracy did such an amazing job!! The salon itself has such a cute laid-back vibe. Tracy sat down and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted, and she kept me calm the whole time (I told her how nervous I was). After my hair dried she took the time to go back over and tweak my hair until we agreed it was exactly what I wanted. I've never been so happy with a haircut before and I don't want anyone else to touch my hair!
