I will never allow these people to touch my kid's hair again. Sent both sons in for haircuts. Nothing fancy, just medium and high regulation military style cuts. One came back with a definitive line in his hair and the other was very uneven on top. So I called them and of course they offer us the chance to bring the boys back for corrections. Who returns to have a cut repaired by the very same person that screws it up. Keep your money and consider that the last of our business. I will be sending the boys over to sport clips from now on. Terrible service by mediocre stylists in my opinion and I cut hair for over 15 years in the military so I know a good fade when I see one. Apathetic best describes what I seen today. Do not spend your money there. CR Mays
