Horrible and would never suggest this place or you better have a back up plan if you make an appointment.

CAN'T SAY ENOUGH!! Jennifer is a miracle worker! She is an artist when it comes to color/highlights etc. For the first time in years I can actually say I love my hair. And the prices are much lower then the other salons.

I put 5 stars because even though it said I was at a hair place I was not I was next door at the hot dog hut & they are the best hotdogs around I go here almost every time I am in kingsport. If you haven't tried their food do it is definitely worth it plus great people running it

First time to try Ponytails. It was recommended by a friend. Jennifer gave me a wonderful perm. It only took one and a half hours. The price was very reak.

Specifically said I didn't want my hair which was past my shoulders cut short and she cut it almost to my ears.. That's why I don't let people touch my hair.. Terrible work will never go back.
