I left this salon in tears yesterday. Back in March I paid $200 for a blonde balayage color and the same girl (Katie) ruined it yesterday. She told me I didn’t need anymore highlights that I just needed a toner and a trim to upkeep it for now. After she toned my hair she admitted that she left it on for too long and my hair came out brown. She then tried to fix it by "stripping" my hair TWICE with bleach which damaged my hair and burned my scalp. It also didn't work. I told her I wanted it to stay blonde and I didn't like what happened and she got extremely rude and snatched my credit card out of my hand, swiped my card, then walked away. Not only did she ruin my hair but she was so rude and didn't try to offer a solution. I went in asking for a trim and a toner to cool the blonde and left as a brunette with a red tint. I'm waiting to hear back from the owner to see if they will resolve this issue.
