Not sure which stylist cut my hair but she was very standoffish and rude. She didn’t say one word the entire time she cut my hair. Being a first time customer, you would think they would try to keep my business. Told her I wanted a long bob. I was so ready to get out of there I just paid and left. Noticed the next day my hair looked different on one side than the other. Had my stylist friend at work look at my hair and she said one side was an inch longer than the other in the back.

Love the new hours 8am to 8pm. Only downside to any great clips is you never know if you'll be able to get the same person to cut your hair

Great service however they close at 8pm apparently not 9pm like the website says.

Its always a toss up as to who you will get, but 90% of time, i get a good cut. My biggest problem is online check in is a joke. Checked in, told 0 min wait. Got here in 4 minutes as i live pretty close. 8 people ahead of me. Ive been currently waiting 20 min and have 5 in front of me. All in all, not a bad place, but do not trust or plan from what the app tells you
