Don't know her name, but the blonde hairdresser is terrible. Told her to get my hair out of my eyes and off my ears, without bangs, and what did I get? Bangs, and shaggy poorly-cut hair spilling into my face. I should have charged them for the atrocity instead of paying! Mother went in a few weeks later for her trim and got the same idiot. Her instructions were short in the back, off the ears, and 3" for the rest so she can perm it. What did she get? Long shag in the back, barely anything trimmed over the ears, and everything else badly chopped. Ranged from 2" to 5"
