I really hope this message gets to the owner and upper management. My wife went to get her hair trimmed this past Friday. She has being letting her hair grow and she just needed a trim to keep it healthy. I am not sure what the girl that cut her hair did as it's really bad. At the end of the hair cut my wife told her that she wanted her hair straighten but she did not do that, she curl it to hide her horrible job. One side of her hair is uneven with different lengths it really looks like she did not know what she was doing. The other side of her hair looks better but over all everything looks uneven. My wife didn't see the severe different levels as it was very wet. Now it make sense why she curled it even when my wife asked it to be streigehten. Her name is Tiffany. She even charges her $38 dollar because it was a styling haircut. We have pictures if you need it and we want a refund since my wife can't get her hair back.

Took my two girls and myself. Good service and very helpful with finding the products I wanted to purchase. Tiffany did an amazing job with the color cuts, and getting the hair to look just like the picture my daughter brought in.
