Had to get my hair cut absolutely last minute and this place was my only option. Not only did the employee cut my hair DRY, but she also cut it uneven and in a “U” shape at the ends, even though I had explained to her that my hair is usually cut in a “V”. Also, after asking her to just cut my dead ends off.. she cut 2.5 inches off! Which I know for a fact that my dead ends are not 2.5 inches long. To top it all of, she spoke about how large of a clientele she had when she worked at Ulta as a manager, and how she had to start small when moving to Chattanooga, but based on the awful cut I received and the little knowledge she had on hair care I do not believe for one second that she ever went near an Ulta Beaty. Next time I will just not my hair cut at all. Worst hair nightmare come true.

Helen does both my and my daughters’ hair, and she is amazing! Do make an appointment, though- the wait can be nuts if you don’t.

Got my hair cut by Jessica and she did a fantastic job! Very personable, attentive, and careful. Will definitely be going back!

Horrible. Asked what the wait was for a haircut and was told an hour, so we made an appointment. We came back for the scheduled appointment and were told she was almost done with the woman before us. So we waited for over an hour! If you choose to come here for a hair cut expect to wait and cancel all other plans for the day.
