The Ulta staff are always so friendly and willing to help. The L’Oréal specialist, Becca, was super sweet! She helped my mom find the perfect under eye concealer, and even showed her how to apply the products. Overall great experience here :)

Everything was expensive for what you could get at Walmart. I liked the staff but the sore as a whole was a mess and makeup was smeared everywhere. There was little to no mens selections.

I visited ulta for my birthday, and I got a dramatic makeup look by Heidi Blank. She did an amazing job on my makeup. She listened to my wants for the look and offered choices to me and listened to any concerns I had. She gave great suggestions on products used. I would definitely return to her for future makeup appointments!

I tried out this dpHue Gloss in Copper color. I left it on about 15 minutes on damp clean hair and followed the bottle’s instructions of rinsing out etc. It really deposited a lot of color as you can see in the pictures. (I used gloves) It lasted for about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. I was wanting to try the strawberry color but they did not have it when I went in. There were a few places in my hair where the streaks looked a little bit pink. Other than that it works nicely.

I was very disappointed with the products I purchased at your store, the fake nails I bought were $15.00 and they broke and fell off less than 14 hours after I put them on. I also purchased a claw clip and it broke in my hand while I was trying to use it, a claw clip that lasted less than two weeks? For how expensive everything is at your stores this is very disappointing for how poor quality these things were.
