I went in with a pic of what I wanted and left with the exact opposite. After the shock wore off I called and Mandy the manger said she could not fix it today. Then she hung up on me while I was still talking.

Well that barbershop they really suck at cutting hair I mean I can’t do no better but if your gonna get paid to do a haircut you should try your best. And listen to what the barbershop says to do and not just do what you want to. The lady was straight outa sport clips

I had Cheyenne as my stylist today. She's not a chatty person but very updated on latest styles and did a great job on my color. Will be making her my full time stylist!

Absolutely HORRIBLE!! went in to get my roots fixed and came out with blue looking hair and brassy orange roots. Was told I was getting bayalage. That's not at all what I got. I got streaky orange and blue looking hair. Contacted corporate because the salon wouldn't give me my money back. NEVER GO HERE. got my hair done by Sara.
