So, first off the wait was awhile even after the receptionist said it wouldn’t be. He was incredibly rude and standoffish to my friend and I. When we finally did get them done and my friend had already paid and I was waiting and said I was ready the receptionist says I’m waiting for whoever to get out of the bathroom and then I waited and then it dawned on me he probably thought she was the one who did my nails. So, we told him and I finally got to pay. The main reason this place is getting two stars is because the nails or whatever glue they use is super bad quality and the PRICE! I got them done the day ago and all have fallen off. I have never had this bad of a result. I paid 30 dollars. Most places charge 25 at the most. Won’t be coming back.

To start with, The guy that did my nails didn’t do the shape I wanted. He didn’t do the color I asked for. He filed them and didn’t put anything over them which left them scratchy and unfinished. They look absolutely nothing like the photo I showed him. And they charged me 48 dollars when the total was only 40? That means they gave themselves a tip on my card and I did not give consent for that to happen. This was an awful experience. Also, They didn’t clean any stations (for manicures and pedicures) or chairs (for pedicures) in between clients. The customer service was terrible, I Do NOT recommend this salon.

I have my nails done in cats eye and they are AMAZING!!! Tracy did such an amazing job to make sure I was really happy and today I'm in love! The salon is beautiful and so clean. The owner and all the employees were great. Even have an option for a bottled water or glass of wine. I will definitely be back

I moved here about a year ago and recently decided to get a hair cut , I’ve previously had the same stylist for the past 8 Year’s so was really hesitant in getting this done because I was afraid I would be disappointed in the results but I couldn’t have been more wrong after going to Cheri salon I am completely satisfied .. Allyson Jarnigan did a great job she took her time made sure it was the way I wanted it I suggest if you need a cut ,style , go see her you won’t be disappointed

My gel tips were $45 and looked like a hack job. The lady who did them did not take her time and then argued with me when I nicely asked her to correct the shape of them when they were clearly uneven. She did not take the time to file them. I left with jagged edges and crooked nails. I ended up going back because I felt like the job was not well done. When I walked in the man at the front desk LAUGHED at me when I politely explained that I was unhappy with the nails. The woman who did my nails was with another customer at the time and heard the conversation I was having with the guy at the front desk. She then demanded that I come over to her station. She proceeded to GRAB my hand and shove it in her customers face to ask if the nails looked bad. She kept saying she has been doing this for 17 years. She kept yelling "I'll fix the middle finger" since that was the most screwed up one. I told her that wasn't the issue. All of them were messed up. The guy at the front then yelled he would give me $5 back. At that point I was done trying to argue. When it was all said and done I got $10 off and still left with horrible nails. This is the absolute WORST nail experience I have ever had in my life. Not only was the nail job terrible, the customer service was some of the worst I've ever seen.
