I have never been treated so rudely by a bunch of old hags that have their lip liner drawn on so far above their actual lip in my life. I’d drive an hour elsewhere before I’d give this store a penny. If you want to be talked to condescendingly by a flock of old mean girls then by all means shop here and ask for Myra. She is rudest of them all and definitely shouldn’t be allowed to give make up advice unless it’s October 31st considering she could be Beetlejuice’s stunt double.

Ulta beauty Sevierville, Well, Im so disappointed I Could Scream! I showed the hairdresser a photo of what I wanted, and told her I do not want a hair cut when she asked me. She put the first round of color on, combed my hair out and said well, you just need a trim. She spent 3-4 minutes trimming/ butchering my hair. When she finished my hair color,, it in No way resembled what I asked for. Then,,, The BILL,,,, $166 , she added $30 for the TRIM/ BUTCHER. Anyway, She said if your not happy, come back in a couple days, so, I did. Instead of adding the highlights of blonde I originally requested, she used developer and bleach powder and completely bleached out my hair, now I have one inch of brown roots and bleached out hair. Use caution going there.....

First time getting my hair done at ULTA in Sevierville and couldn't be happier. Marya was my Stylist. I got a cut, color and highlights.....she did an amazing job! I will definitely go back to her, she was very nice and very point on with what I wanted. 😀
