Great experience. Had my hair cut 2 days prior to going to great clips. The stylist at another place messed up my hair and Cassandra at great clips fixed it! She did an awesome job and I love it. I will definitely go to her next time I need a haircut. Thank you so much.

I've used this salon ever since it first opened and have always been happy with their services until a recent visit. I stopped by on a Saturday evening at 5:45 to get a basic haircut and the door was locked even though they are supposed to stay open until 6:00 lol. When I pulled on the door, the ladies inside just looked at me and shook their heads "no." Any one there who's done my hair knows it usually takes less than 10 minutes. It would be different if I tried coming in 1 minute before they closed, but 15 minutes?? I thought it was a little ridiculous... What the heck lol??

Jasmin of manchester did a great job cutting and styling my hair! I am so happy with it! The only downfall to my experience there was catty women working there not being as nice as they should to my hair stylist. But I am 100% happy with my hair!
