I have been going to this salon for several years, their prices are quite reasonable and the service is exceptional. They really know color and can style hair in any way I like it. I also love the fact that they will let me know if they think a style is not a good fit, color too for that matter. If I call at the last minute, they will do everything they can to accommodate me. They also do a great job with nails and waxing, I also love the salon's ambience, beautiful place. Trust me, by far the best salon in Monroe County!

My fiance and I came here for long-overdue haircuts. Nobody was there other than the workers, and they acted like we were stupid for wanting service. ("Hey, they want haircuts.", one said, to which the other responded, "What? Why?") When I was sat down, she put a pack of cigarettes down and made it very apparent that I interrupted the beginning of her smoke break. They charged my fiance for a women's cut even though he got a men's cut. They barely cut anything off of the top of his head, which he stated that he wanted. As for me, she hastily cut my hair. Now that it's growing out, it's horribly uneven, one side is shorter than the other, and it's extremely long in the back. I can't even put it up in a ponytail because the front is so short. It's so ugly. We spent $40 here for two "womens" haircuts. Yikes. Worst haircut I've had in years! Go to Great Clips, don't waste your money here.

I forgot to ask for Heather specifically, which turned out to be a horrific mistake. She's done my hair before and was great! I got someone else, and got the absolutely WORST haircut of my entire life, and I've had a few that weren't quite what I wanted but I could live with. Hair grows back. This is the first time I'm going to have to find someone to fix this as soon as possible. There's 3 obvious at least 4 inch apart uneven "layers" and it's uneven otherwise as well. I wear glasses and can't see without them, and had to remove them while she was cutting. Then she curled it all over so it hid her bad work. I wasn't sure about it when I left and was already unhappy with how short she'd made it, but after washing it at home I was able to really see it. I've been in tears over it. Even putting it up it looks bad! I will never go back!
