Kim and her staff are very professional and have always done an amazing on my hair cut and color. I would highly recommend them and the Eden Full Service Salon. True caring professionals that always go above and beyond to please their clients.

Liked the color, but was very disappointed to find out this was not a salon that uses exclusively Paul Mitchell products, like stated on the locator. A very cheap hair straightener was used on my hair that kept breaking my hair strands. My hair looks and feels fried now. I also was not too happy with the method used to cut my hair to give it layers. There are no layers in my hair at all. My last PM salon always had my hair looking smooth and shiny when I walked out the door, but I had to touch up my hair as soon as I got home because of the frizz with this salon. Won't be going back; I pay too much on products for my hair to be looking like this.

Best salon in Blount county hands down!! I was so blessed when my Sister in law introduced me to Kim Fife when I moved here three years ago. I have very curly, thick hair and it has always been difficult for me to find some one who knows how to tame it. Well I have never been happier with a stylist in my life. I also have to color my hair and Kim stays up to date on the latest and greatest products as well as style trends.
