The shop is so cute. Clean and relaxing. Viviana is Amazing. She goes with what I tell her I want. This is second cut and I'm very impressed will continue to go to her.

Way way too expensive and not very good at cutting hair she told them just a little hair off now it doesn't even touch her shoulder not cool

I had a horrid experience here. The lady who did my hair was the Asian woman, I can't remember her name. But I asked to touch up the roots of the blonde streaks in my hair (my hair is red everywhere else). She said she understood and then bleached ALL of my roots blonde. It looked horrible, and I had to dye the rest of it blonde, absolutely ruining my hair. I loved my red hair and now I have damaged, broken, patchy blonde hair. I would give 0 stars if I could.
