I really loved the service I received here very friendly. They do exactly what you want and always ask for your permission before doing anything. I really loved my hair cut and will be coming back ♡♡♡. Thank you!!

I'm giving three stars because I did like my hair cut, but the stylist didn't apply any product on my hair and I had alot of hair all over me . It would of been nice had she used the dryer to blow away the excess hair. I was charged the standard fee that anyone else would of paid. I will give them another try, but I guess this time I will take my own product so she won't have to sacrifice hers. Also, the receptionist could be a little nicer over the phone. She always sounds angry and fed up.

I went to get an updo for a party day. Took a video of what I wanted, it looked nothing like what I showed them. The lady who I had the appointment with was frustrated with me because I didn't like it and blamed me for having gone with my hair clean but when the appointment was made, I was never advised I had to have my hair dirty (2days no wash). I left almost in tears with paying $75 plus had to tip them for being treated so unkind . I went there thinking upscale salon would have upscale skills but specially treatment with customers!!!
