I had my first salon experience at this ULTA about a month ago. I made my reservation through the website, and arrived exactly on time. I asked the lady at the reception desk for the stylist I made an appointment with, and she said she is busy at this time but will be here soon. I didn't realize that would lead to about an hour wait, after which they didn't know that I was waiting still. The stylist herself was nice, but I wish they would improve on the way appointments are set up.

They did not have inventory for an item I was repurchasing. Salesperson did not want to spend time discussing another choice. She was set on moving on to the next sale. I will go to Harlingen in the future. Better inventory and more pleasant staff.

Long long lines in the weekend so make sure to go with time & not to mention that I asked if they had a product in stock and the sales lady said in n a very rude and confrontational manner "we don't have that brand here check the fing** web site God people just know how to waist my time" so unprofessional and disrespectful, from now on I have decided to order the products directly to my home. Other than that the rest of the staff is very cool and helpful.

Poor instock servicing of the aisles. The customer service is horrible. I wasn't even acknowledged when I walked in the store. It wasn't a busy day at all. For heavens sake it was Wednesday afternoon. Full of employees who only sought out specific customers. An when I went to check out I had to literally glare at every single employee in the store since no one was in the front. Specifically three people in the far right back. Two girls one Male. Then three in the front of the store by the morphe section another by NYC. Horrible. Definitely not worth the trip.

Bad experience like every time I've been there. I said I wanted to cash in some points that were expiring 2 different times to different people and they ended up cashing all of my points. It was so packed just left it at that, they seemed to frustrated and rushed to care.
