Stylists were nice; however they were short handed. My biggest upset is that they allowed a customer that was on the waiting list to leave and when she returned LATE after being marked OFF the list, they put her next in line while others who were there waiting got pushed back. I think its necessary to add that she had 2 people in her party needing haircuts. Maybe next I should leave and come back when I'm ready (late) Whats the point of being on a list if its not followed?

Good haircut, reasonable price, friendly staff. The only bad thing was that it took an hour and 20 minutes to get out of there. They are short-staffed and having trouble finding people to work. Not their fault!

Such a kind lady cut my hair. The attention she gave me was warm and genuine. Very pleasant experience.

Really good experiences the few times I have been there. The stylist did exactly what I wanted. Very pleased.

Poor poor customer service. Online says they are open until 8pm. I walked in the door at 7:31 and was told sorry....we are closed. I told her online says 8pm. Was told again yeah, im sorry but we close at 7:30. I walked in the door 1 minute over and checked in even. I asked if I could please get a quick haircut and was told sorry you can come back at 8am tomorrow morning. Don't waste your time here. I know I never will again. Went around the corner to sportsclips and was taken care of over there.
