Rude towards customers, even if you have kids present. I took my daughter to the location inside Parkdale Mall to get a "professional" opinion and if set up an appointment if they felt like they could do what my daughter was looking to do with her hair. When we first arrived, I told the lady that I was looking to get a consultation to make sure that they could color my daughter's hair and add highlights. My daughter is bi-racial, so I wanted to be sure that they were comfortable working with her hair type and get their advice on the color she likes. Well, the stylist said that she had to clean up her workstation and asked us to take a seat and she would be back in just a few minutes. About ten minutes passed and she was still not done sweeping up the little bit of hair that was at her station. I never complained about the wait and my kids were just sitting patiently. Next thing I hear is the lady who was "helping" us say to the stylist across the room, "How they going to just walk in here and ask for a consultation. What the hell do they want a consult about, just come and get a haircut or leave." So then the store Mgr who she was talking to just starts asking what I want to consult about while she was in the middle of cutting someone's hair! That was hardly a consultation. Her attitude was sharp and condescending. It was clear that no one here was going to be any help. So we left without getting anything except for a bad attitude from the stylist in this salon. So if you are looking to do something new with your hair and would like to get advice from a professional stylist before you do it, save yourself some time and avoid this salon.
