One word- Wonderful! I am a person that guards my hair like its my child. I wont let just anyone cut it. Thank goodness I found Kim! She listened to everything I wanted, and it came out perfect! She makes conversation easily, and really made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend!

I unfortunately had a really bad experience with Kim during what was to be the best day of my life; my wedding. Here's the thing... Kim is great at hair, there is no doubt about that- she has experience, and she is really talented. But, she was REALLY rude to my mom, my bridesmaids, and even to me; the bride. Another thing that was really unfortunate, is that she burned my mom with the curling iron- and didn't even apologize. I know it was an accident, but an apology would have been really nice. The next day, she had this inch long burn on the side of her face. The day of the wedding, she did not use the time well, we were WAY behind, and then after some bridesmaids decided to do their own hair otherwise they wouldn't have had it done at all, she majorly confronted me and was extremely rude. Some of the bridesmaids came with pictures of what they had thought through, and she responded with "we can't do anything like that" and ended up doing what she wanted, not what they requested. She also is very scattered with her prices; for some girls she charged $55, others $65, and then mine was $75. We ended up paying her way more than I had planned, especially for a rude stylist that didn't even listen to suggestions or apologize.
