Fantastic service! Love my new look! Thank you P.S. I agree with Jessica's review below. People are just rude and probably trying to get discount or a refund. The whole time I was there people were nice and everyone walked out happy for the price they paid.

Woman named Hong is very rude and after explaining I didn't like the cut she said she didn't care and to pay and leave. Told her I will pay for half since she cut my hair way to short and clearly it will take me months to grow out! Pissed because I said I needed the owners name and she said I am the owner and there isn't anything I can do about it. While I was leaving the flicked me off, which was just so nice!

Bonnie was great!!!! Highly recommend her...she still took her time with me even though her rude boss Hong kept on pressuring her to hurry up because it was close to closing. It was over 25 minutes before they closed. But Bonnie made sure I had a great haircut and just didn't kick me out of the seat. Wow...I have a lot of respect for her. Her manager Hong did not even try to hide the fact that she wanted to close early in front of me. So sad. She even turned away customers at 5:49 although they closed at 6pm.

Asian woman did my hair, cut the front shorter than the back and said that is what i wanted. When i started to argue with her she said me and black women are the same we just complain to get something free! She is the owner!

If I could give no stars, I would. The Manager, Hong, cut my 5 year old son's hair. It was supposed to be a flat top, however she shaved his whole head and left short bangs in the front. He looks ridiculous. I'm not sure if she messed up and just decided to shave the whole thing??? My son even asked if he could wear a hat to school be at he was so embarrassed. When I called to complain (since my husband's the one that took him,) she basically said she did what she could and didn't care how it turned out. Luckily, his hair grows fast. We won't ever be returning to a Fantastic Sams. I will say that the lady that cuts my husband's hair does a great job every time. She's partially deaf, and is THE SWEETEST lady. Every time she cuts his hair perfectly! Unfortunately, due to the manager we won't be returning.
