I already told the woman that I went to college at UMHB, and she charged me for the $14.95 normal haircut, instead of the $10.95 college student discounted haircut. I brought this difference to her attention and she stated that she already swiped the card for the $14.95 haircut, so I pointed out the $10.95 college student haircut and as I pulled out my college ID, she continued to tell me that she already swiped my card for $14.95 and wouldn’t change it. I know that the charge could have been canceled/voided. She also did such a poor job, I have to get it finished somewhere else, since she forgot to do my sideburns and around my ears! I didn’t initially see what she missed, because my hair was wet from the misted water, which is perfectly normal. Overall, I was charged too much and the woman refused to correct the amount, plus she forgot to do my sideburns and tops of my ears. Anyway, that experience was awful enough to never go there again, but in the past I had my hair cut by Brent, and my it was perfect, so I’m going to only have him cut my hair!

I'd come back if I lived here but I was traveling and needed an emergency hair cut. The place was Nice and home relaxed atmosphere. All the staff were friendly and conversed kindly with each other and included the customers. Got a great hair cut (Thanks Lucia!) for my natural 4a hair. She asked questions, looked at my pics and I got exactly what I asked for and it looked great when I came home and styled it for going out! The restrooms were clean as well and they offered lollipops to the little children!
