I had made a service appointment through the App and had it confirmed with Yvonne, when I came to my appointment the manager stated she didn't have any appointments even though I pulled up on my phone the proof and appointment confirmation I received and that I received a text for as well, I didn't get an apology as the supervisor was very rude about the whole situation. When she offered to schedule me for the next day, they called me the following day needing to re-schedule me AGAIN for an earlier time without having an explanation. When I showed up to my appointment at that they moved up earlier I stood at the brow bar for 15 minutes without a single employee acknowledged my presence or offering to assist me, no on e greeted me when I walked in the store. I made eye contact 4 times with the girls at check out that were just talking, laughing, on there phone and not a single one of them offered to assist me or help me out. Multiple employees walked past me and not a single one said anything to me or offered to assist or let me know that "someone will be with me shortly" They wasted my time 3 different times, time that I took off work to try and make to those exams. I would not recommend coming here for any services as the staff has horrible customer service and they don't prioritize the customers that make appointments.
