The customer service in the Temple, Tx store is HORRIBLE. I ask 3 different people a question and everyone of them replied "ugh I don't know". They are very rude and uninformed about products in store.

I booked an appointment to have my hair colored and trimmed. I cannot express how pleased and happy my hair came out. Nikki McGee, did such an incredible job, and she was so kind and just an expert colorist. I would highly recommend her, she is just the best.

I had made a service appointment through the App and had it confirmed with Yvonne, when I came to my appointment the manager stated she didn't have any appointments even though I pulled up on my phone the proof and appointment confirmation I received and that I received a text for as well, I didn't get an apology as the supervisor was very rude about the whole situation. When she offered to schedule me for the next day, they called me the following day needing to re-schedule me AGAIN for an earlier time without having an explanation. When I showed up to my appointment at that they moved up earlier I stood at the brow bar for 15 minutes without a single employee acknowledged my presence or offering to assist me, no on e greeted me when I walked in the store. I made eye contact 4 times with the girls at check out that were just talking, laughing, on there phone and not a single one of them offered to assist me or help me out. Multiple employees walked past me and not a single one said anything to me or offered to assist or let me know that "someone will be with me shortly" They wasted my time 3 different times, time that I took off work to try and make to those exams. I would not recommend coming here for any services as the staff has horrible customer service and they don't prioritize the customers that make appointments.

I had an appointment to get makeup done. I asked if the artist would wear a mask while doing my makeup, as I am the sole caretaker for my elderly mom and cannot risk passing COVID to her. The receptionist told me no, they don't wear masks. I cancelled the appointment. Why would you not do something so simple when someone asks politely? I will not be shopping here any more based on this interaction.

I LOVE Ulta but I have never used the salon.... I went in for a last minute wash and cut and was happy that they had cancellations to fit me in but the hair dresser wasn't very pleasant and made me aware that she was about to leave before I came. My wash and cut were both rushed to the point were I still had dried shampoo on my scalp and my hair was extremely choppy where majority of my hair was about 3 inches shorter than my longest thin layer. My hair doesn't blend at all and the hair dresser didn't notify me of the pricing and that she was a "Master" stylist, didn't ask if I wanted my hair styled or left natural. Long story short; I paid $100 to get my hair wet, crusty and butchered and awful customer service. Couldn't get a great picture but red line is where my hair ends. I will be getting it fixed elsewhere.
