Probably the worst haircut of my life. I showed her photos and explained what I wanted and I still left with an ugly embarrassing cut. Told her I liked the way the back was but I wanted changes to the front and sides. Yet she cut so much off the back, I can't even wear a pony tail. She specifically asked about my bangs, then didn't even touch them. She did the exact opposite of what I asked...and you know, I wouldn't have cared if she had made it look good. But it looks awful. I wore my hat in, then put it right back on when I got in the car. I hate it. And I'm still wearing that hat! (On a positive note, the girl who cut my daughter's hair did a nice job. She had a sweet smile and the cut looked just like the photo we brought in. I can't remember that stylist's name but it started with a G.)

My hair stylist was Yolanda and I am very satisfied how she did my hair. I am so glad that I finaly found place with great stuff and good prices. Thanks

first i went to the great clips on 2410 by walmarts here in heights and the lady that got my daughter she said loudly that my daughter had lice which was only dandruff everyone heard and she didnt want to cut my daughter hair we were so embarressed she had cut my hub hair before that and didnt even cut it the way it was in the picture...my hub is very upset i took them to the other great clips in harker heights on centrail texas expressway and the lady that cut my daughters hair checked and said you can tell its dandruff and she cut her hair and my other 2 daughterz hair and she did a amazing job...youll need to teach some of your employess to be respectful and if they dont want to cut hair why even be there...my hub was made because she cut a big chunk if his hair and didnt even match the style and being embarrassed of her saying loudly my daughter had lice and everyone heard which it was only dandruff thats so wrong....

I've been seeing negative reviews of this place I was going to go during tomorrow to get my haircut but now I'm thinking twice I just needed somewhere quick and easy for a fade I don't think I'm gonna go to this great clips. I'll just go to BARBERS INC. in heights its a great barber and as long as you tell them what you want they'll get it done. I got a high skin taper fade and it was the best haircut I've had in a while. So don't go to great clips go to BARBERS inc.
