Worst place ever completely ruined my hair, these people shouldn’t even be licensed, not even the manager should fix the problem.

Lady at counter turned 3 people away ahead of us. Told us she was off clock at 5, then announced schedule said 6 and she would be right back but she didn't come back. Lady was working alone. They were arguing and had customers walk away. We will change where we go from now on. Mercy should of cut hair and worked her shift.

I have went here for years now. This Sunday I went and got a lady that could not speak good English who I am not sure how she passed a board exam to even pick up a pair of scissors or clippers. She tied my hair up into a bun out of the way. We discussed how I wanted it cut. She started cutting the sides and run the clipper into the bun. Panic and left the clipper running as she tried to untangle the guard. Then she finally turned off the clipper and said it did not get into the hair. Just the guard. She looked around panic stricken and made sure no one else saw what she did. She then tried to turn her body to hide it was stuck in my hair. After minutes of this she took the guard off of the clipper. Then kept messing around trying to get it unstuck. After several minutes she managed to untangle it with several strands of hair that she tried to hide from me. I actually thought I just got all of my hair cut off due to negligence. I will not be going back.
