I went to this location because I’m a fan of Karen. She wasn’t available so I asked Natasha if she could do my hair. Let me tell you, she made my hair gorgeous. She also helped me find the correct products for my hair and my son’s. Great atmosphere and extremely wonderfully talented stylists. I will definitely be returning every week!!

Excellent Service by Andrea - She is a KEEPER My Best Hair Cut - Pro- Cuts Burleson Texas My worst hair cut Ft Polk Louisiana US Army Induction Center I had the great pleasure of visiting this Pro- Cuts in Burleson Tx, as a "walk-in". I was greeted by a lady named Andrea and within minutes she had began addressing my preferences for a hair cut. I found her to be a very attentive, detail oriented professional. Her level of experience and confidence were obvious and comforting. As a business owner with locations in multiple states my appearance and image are important to me. Thank you Andrea. I appreciate your dedication to Customer Satisfaction (especially this customer). Nothing is worse than a bad hair cut. Keep up the great work. I will be a regular customer for you.

Worst hair cut I have ever been given in my life. I asked to have my thick hair thined out, my hair cut and the rest faded. She not only couldnt follow those directions but she kept asking me what I meant. I even showed her a picture of how exactly I wanted my hair and she still couldnt figure it out. I paid 20 dollars for my hair cut and I been mad about it ever since. Needless to say I will never return to this location again...
