I called ahead to find out if I'll be able to get my hair done in time to go to my school. I was told if I came in before 1:00, I will be done by 5:00 .. . I walked in the door discuss what type of style I needed I was told to go buy the hair two or three doors down came back with the hair and discuss the same conversation,... will you be done with my hair so that I can have time to get to school? I was told once again Yes...""" I sit there for hours "2hrs 45 mins (I drove an hour there & a hour to get home).. To be told if I would like to come back the next day... I was not angry, not upset, but very very mad !#!# even more so when another person walked in once I had been sitting there over an hour & 50 mins and they got their hair done just like that.... I work & go to college I don't have that time to waste on my only day off...

No sense of business whatsoever. Go ahead, walk in and see if anyone greets you. These people as rude as it gets. My wife scheduled an appointment for 10am and waited 2 hours only to be told to come back at 1 pm..after waiting another hour, and still not ready for her, which really surprised me that she would wait that long, we decided to go elsewhere. They will never get my family's business again. Simple communication would probably have been suffice but these people obviously can't speak to their customers.

Lady was professional but I did not appreciate that after a long wait I was told my hair will not be braided since it was "too nappy". I thought they dealt with all hair types? Oh well, moved on to the next good thing.

This place did a HORRIBLE job on my hair! First I requested crochet faux locs (individually) and the lady continued to try to convince me to get the cornrows (not individual) Crochet faux locs. They sent me a picture of what hair to get and what store to go to (Got it). Once they started on my hair, they advised me that the hair “would not work”- so I went to the store , along with the “hair stylist” and purchased the hair that she picked out and advised that “it would work”. Got back to the shop for the stylist to say that she needed another crochet needle because the current one “is not working”. Fast Fwd the stylist came back to the shop (After I waited outside the shop for her to come back from the hair store) and finished my hair for me to look in the mirror to see that the faux locs are already slipping down to where the braids (underneath the faux locs) were showing. She “fixed” it. Needless to say the same day SEVERAL of my braids were showing. Not the mention each time I try to put my hair up the faux locs continue to slip out. $130 WASTED ! Never again.

My daughter and I come here all the time we drive over 2 hrs, service is not very fast but we get the best service that last from sew-in to micro we get it all and they last very long last micro last four months with washing my daughter has gotten her hair done for fashion show, commercials, and Miss Texas.
