Tried calling at 9, when they were supposed to be open. Drove up at 10, but doors were locked, no sign on door indicating if hours had changed. No msg when you call, just rings. My stylist was great, the salon communication process was poor and time wasting. Chose another salon. Update: after going to another salon and having my hair ruined, decided to check back to see if they were open. Yes they were, issue with opening person not arriving on time. AND...my wonderful stylist was back at this location. She fixed my botched previous cut and all is well.

Called at 5:20 to ask if they would have someone available to cut my son's hair at 530. Person who answered said no, sorry. Come back tomorrow we close at 6. Chose this place because of the ratings but the customer service was terrible
