I can’t believe the horrible experience I just had. First thing I told his lady. just clean the brows up. Don’t make them thinner. I clearly felt her take off more than I wanted but we at that point what could I say? Not going to have two different brows. It wasn’t too bad. But when I tried to explain this to her, she became very VERY upset and was trying to argue with me. Lol I even told her I wasn’t trying to argue with her! I showed her the first picture of what the other girl usually does for me. Just to make clear for next time! She said “why didn’t you tel me to stop if you felt me pinching?” And “I know what I’m doing” mane kept shaking her head and getting mad and the whole time I’m just trying to clear up what I wanted for future reference, and instead she chose to argue with me. She CLEARLY went thinner. You can see the irritation on the inner brow compared to the first picture, where it would’ve usually been fuller. I tried to explain the best I could and she rolled her eyes or looked away. I told her I’m just trying to help you understand what I wanted since I’ve never had work with you before. I told her I’m not sure why you’re getting so upset. She was still VERY rude and kept arguing. I don’t get it lol. I went to pay her and she swung her hand out and handed me my cash, and looked away. Lesson learned. Never taking my handed again! Also, it was the Indian looking lady with glasses and penciled in brows, be careful. Lol I really hate to Leave bad reviews, but I was blown away by how rude she was when I was really just trying to help her, and I was being very patient and she still was rude and argumentative. I’ll never go back again. I’ll go across the street to the new spa by McAllister’s, they are very nice so far😀

I usually don't write reviews but I feel like the "5 stars" it has been given is inaccurate. I went yesterday and it was horrible. She didn't shape my eyebrows and took way to much off in general (I don't like thin eyebrows) but took more off on the left. So now I'm going to have to fill my eyebrows in and give them shape versus when I go to get them done usually I can walk around without filling my eyebrows in. Other places shape them perfectly. I would not suggest this place to anyone.
