The previous owners sold salon along with name. The new Mantra Salon owner is working on her own. I set up an appointment for a pedi and she worked on my pedi between walk in customers plus I didn't get full service. She stated her equipment was not clean so she would do her best with what she had. It took her 6 hours to do my half ass pedi. I still don't know how it's still open for business. I do not recommend anyone in their right mind to get any type of service at Mantra Salon

I went in to get my dark hair dyed a lighter shade, but not soo light it'd be obvious & instead, my hair was burnt. The area near the roots was reddish brown & the rest of the hair was black. I will not be returning & I strongly recommend before having a service done, you ask the person providing it, if they have prior experience. I agree that Mantra respects the customer, but the two times I've been there, I was never offered a drink or anything else, like other reviewers say they were.

RATS!! there are rats in this place! not only is there rats but they totally messed up my hair and cursed at me when I explained to them its not what I asked for. My hair was suppose to be blonde and it came out GOLD!! Never again will I go Back!!
