The left is after leaving your salon twice. The first time I was not lifted as much as I had asked and knowing my hair it was obvious that the stylist just did not want to wait. She was 30 minutes late to our appointment and then ended me early because she had another appointment waiting outside not giving her proper time to do my hair. I returned because I asked to get it lightened further (this was within 2 days) and was told I'd have to repay. So I settled with another toner session. Both times when I was shown the back of my head it was with a handheld mirror and curled so I did not notice how bad it was. I went 4 weeks later to another salon because I was still unhappy with the color and she took this photo. I am ashamed and embarrassed that anyone would let me leave the salon with my hair looking like that. I will not be returning for hair services and suggest you all take note that they do not post photos on their Instagram of hair they've done very often. I would recommend going to Panther Island Salon to anyone who wants their hair professionally done.

Natalie is AMAZING. I am usually a procrastinator with my hair and dread going to the salon. She was so sweet and fun throughout my entire haircut and then even curled my hair for me when I had only scheduled a cut & blow dry. She never once said anything negative about my hair, which is something I always run into because I wait so long to go get it done. I felt great the entire time. Also, this gal can give a superb massage while shampooing! Other than my pleasant experience with Natalie, I found the salon to be adorably decorated and very clean. The other staff members were also very kind and bubbly towards me while being busy with other things. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you!!

I Googled "a good place in Fort Worth to get eyebrows waxed" this was one of the places that came up. I went to the website and the prices were a bit more than I usually pay. The reviews were awesome so I decided to try them out. I sent two of my youngest for eyebrow waxing. It looked GREAT! Then I sent my oldest, hers looked awesome too! I decided to get my hair highlighted and cut next. All I can say is WOW! The last thing I had a done was a spray tan. It was beautiful and lasted over a week! Trust me, there is a difference of quality and customer service here that you don't find these days. It's like an old school salon minus any drama. I'm so happy I found this place!

Awesome shop! They clearly know what they are doing and offer a ton of services for good pricing. Amanda fixed my bad color job and I couldn't be happier! Definitely going back to her when my hair needs anything done.
