I have been getting my haircut here for 2+ years and just got my last cut from Jackie- she is graduating on 7/31. Love the cut! Super friendly staff and very clean.

I have been to this place only 2 times. That's 2 times too many. I informed the student & instructor that my colored hair had not been washed properly. It was corrected at the time of service. The 2nd experience I informed the student & the instructor that I had not been properly shampooed properly AGAIN. The instructor stated that this was a NEW/DIFFERENT student. NO, same instructors, NO EXCUSES!! The poor instruction is at fault, not the customer!! It felt like she was stroking my hair when shampooing!! Plus, I authorized 2" max...they cut off more like 5-6" and I in order to get the layers I had asked for the instructor wanted to shorten my hair even more!! THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been enjoying the services offered at The Salon Professional Academy for over 2 years! From my first visit I have felt completely at home and comfortable whether getting a pedicure, haircut, condition or styling. The management team is friendly and professional from initial greeting to answering any questions along the way. I've received services from 12 different students and it is amazing to see the growth in each as they pass each milestone in their training program. I've never been disappointed and am delighted with the service I receive at every appointment!

I absolutely recommend TSPA Georgetown. Amazing looking hair at a great value. Stylists and staff are super friendly and professional. I will definitely be back!
