Was really looking forward to having my hair done for a night out with my husband to celebrate out 19th wedding anniversary, until I was turned away because I had my 5 lb pekingese puppy with me. I even called & spoke to a customer service representative & asked if it was allowed to have my dog with me...their reply was, "sure, that's not a problem." While I understand the owners have the right to refuse service for whatever reason, they also have the right to bend the rules under the right circumstance & this was that circumstance. I will not be booking another appointment...very disappointing.

This was my first time to get this done. I was less than thrilled with my experience. I have thicker type hair, and was not put with a more experienced stylist. The offered to comp the blow out, and to make notes for me to be put with a more experienced blow out person. I will try one more visit, after walking out not being satisfied , spending 45 to wash and blow my hair out.

I came here in Feb 2017 as part of a Yelp event. WHAT a great experience! Double shampoo, with nice conditioner and all their products left my hair smelling and feeling amazing. I got the Mai Tai and my hair was very wavy by the end, which can be hard to do unless your me. Loved my first visit, and will definitely be back should I need their servies.

Fantastic blowout with Dixie. She took the time to listen to what i wanted and then was able to do it. I have fine very straight hair and she was able to curl it into beautiful curls. They not only stayed well but the next day i still have a great style with beautiful waves. I got some great products as well. Thank you.

I have been in twice now for a blowout and I LOVE this place. The first time I came in to get my hair done for my engagement party then I came back fro my engagement photos. Was a great experience both times! They offer you a drink (though, the first time I came I said I wanted a water and they never brought it to me. Oh well) and take you back for a wonderful wash. It's a great experience! I recommend being very open with your stylist. The first time I came in, it was extremely muggy and humid so my (very thin and fine) hair fell pretty quickly. Explained my concerns the second time I came in and she did everything she could to ensure it didn't fall, and it didn't! Thanks again, would definitely reccommend to anyone I know!
