This is the only lady I trust with my hair! I've had some of the "best" hair stylist in the world cut my hair and no one compares to this lady! She actually LISTENS to what you want and gives you exactly what you ask for. Want a trim? She doesn't cut two inches she just trims! It's the greatest place and everyone in the rio grande valley should go to her. 100% recommend.

Nightmare! I went in for balayage highlights late one evening, couldn't really see in the dim salon lights. The next morning the sun revealed my orange mane. I was mortified & was literally sobbing. Not only bc I looked horrific, but also the amount of money I spent! When I messaged the girl on FB she said I could go in to have any color I want. I rushed to the appt which when I showed up she already had began mixing her color. I mean I paid a pretty penny so the least I could have had was multidimensional hair instead of flat color right????? Wrong! While she was chatting away I noticed the purple tinge on my hair, which was ONLY applied to my lightened areas. She said the purple 'tone' would combat the orange color. She rushed me out the door with soaking hair so I drove off. When I showed up to pick up my son he literally yelled "Your hair is purple!!" He was right!! My hair was purple!!!! Not to mention the spots she missed which were orange!!! So imagine dull brown hair faded into patchy orange & purple hair!!! I was sobbing!!!! I know it's vain, but a woman does value her hair. Even as I'm typing this I'm still hurt by the pain & this careless lady caused me. She then messaged me after I told her about the spots & the purple hair asking if I wanted to go back in! Are you crazy???!!!!!! You couldn't pay me to trust that place with my hair ever again. I have yet to speak with the manager & doubt I will get a partial or full refund. I ended up box dying my hair just to look descent for work. WORD OF CAUTION-Do not rely of the "good" press a salon puts on their page. Only they know how many nightmares they caused in between. I am now MORTIFIED of salons. Stay far, far away from this one.
