Very clean,friendly helpful staff and knowledge of cosmetics and hair care is wonderful. The eyebrow bar by benefits cosmetics is amazing Miss Angelica Is a wizard with brows. I haven't tried the hair salon or had a manicure yet.The ulta brand is affordable and a good buy.They have prestigious brand's too lots of specials and they have a program where you earn points and get freebies with the money you earn with points by being a platinum or diamond member.

The workers were so nice and caring informed me on all their great products. As well as discounts. If you go get ready to spend money though. Would definetly visit again

Took my step mom to get makeup. We asked 4 different ladies for help. Each one said I'll send someone over. Waited over 30 mins. I have never had such poor service at other stores. Tomorrow morning we will try the Brownsville store. Maybe they can do better.
