Run away! This biz owner is awful

I got ripped off $1000 for ruined hair color. The results were bad, I’m unsatisfied and that’s $1000 wasted - btw I've never paid over $600 for a full day all over fantasy hair color in Dallas. Please check out this guys responses to any bad reviews and that should confirm all you need to know about how this business is run. He hides behind his young employees, is incredibly passive aggressive, and acts nothing like a professional.

I was blown away with the results after my daughters appointment with Eric Rodriguez, His work was pure perfection. My daughter felt so comfortable and at ease with him. He was so sweet and very easy to talk too. I highly recommend him on any service cause it’s obvious he is amazing at what he does. The fact that my daughter felt like a million bucks walking out of there was enough for me! Thanks again Eric! Your the best..

Rosa is the queen of hair! She is an incredibly artist and takes the time to understand what you want/how you want to feel then paints a vision for your hair to help you get there. I have LOVED every look she has created for me! I couldn't recommend her enough!

Recently had an haircut with Eric and I’m so pleased with the outcome! The experience as a whole was great, I mostly appreciated that Eric shared his hair knowledge with me and the product recommendations specific to my hair. His demeanor was kind and welcoming and I am just in love with his method of cutting. 10/10 would recommend Eric to anyone in the Dallas area in search of a hair stylist!

I highly recommend Patrice for hair coloring and color correction! I came in with over processed and orange bleached hair and came out with AMAZING blonde and vibrant hair. I recommend this place with my whole heart!! Wonderful staff and great environment

I moved to Dallas almost a year ago and had the hardest time finding a salon I liked. I tried and tested many and was never really happy with the result, until I found Bigger Better Hair. My stylist, Ryan Bushman has more than exceed my expectations every single time! He does an AMAZING job and always gives me exactly what I asked for. I’ve never been happier with my hair and I don’t ever want to see someone else! I highly recommend this place and make sure to request Ryan!
