First time here. Got box braids for my 7 year old. There were 3 people working on her hair. They were done within a couple of hours and very friendly. I LOVED the outcome of the style. Soooo beautiful

Got my daughter's hair done in weave corn rolls today. The final result was a very unpolished look. Her parts were not straight and the braiding looked like an amateur braided her hair, not a professional...on the positive side, her hair was finished fairly quickly. I read all the 5 star reviews prior to making our appointment and was looking forward to a good experience... they failed. I will not return there. I do not recommend this establishment.

Horrible service. My hair was not done the way I asked, even when I provided her a photo and she assured me she could do the style. I expressed my disappointment to her and the owner. When I tried to have it redone the owner advised me she was in Houston to open another shop and could not redo it until I returned from a wedding I was attending and she would personally do my hair. I was gone an entire week and she informed me i could only get it done on HER TIME which was during the week and not weekend..I called to reschedule an appointment to redo and she informed me she would not not do it because I was unable to take off work the week I returned to work and waited until the following week. Timeline hair done on 6/1 called her on 6/1 and 6/3 went on trip for wedding on 6/5 returned to Texas and work 6/13 and contacted her 6/18 No response and 6/19 she informed me I had my hair up a month and she could not do....I SINCERELY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO TO THIS SHOP, they would have redone my hair if I held onto my money and not paid them.
