Usually this is my go to place for my boys but this last time I was VERY disappointed. I checked in online and my wait time was 11 minutes.... i waited over 30 minutes just to watch 2 workers sit at their stations and laugh with each other. Then 2 separate customers came in and both were greeted and mind you they were walk-ins.... both got to sit down while my sons name was still on the screen... not one person greeted us or asked if we checked in online until I spoke of it... The only reason why I am giving 2 stars is for the girl with blue hair she was apologizing and was in the middle of cutting hair it had nothing to do with her but yet she was the only one to help... Please do better with common greetings and treat all customers with respect!

In an out in like 10 minutes...they wouldve gotten 5 stars but to me $13 is a lik pricey for a hair cut. They should offer coupons more often.

Very disappointed with service, recommend you seek other salon until Fantastic Sam's reopens, I waited 30 minutes to be embarrassed by staff regarding what they thought were "Nits" (lice eggs) & refused my business, Thank God it wasn't a busy day because the stylist was very loud about the situation, I will NEVER go there again & I recommend if you go to be 100% sure you don't have any form of dry scalp to avoid the same embarrassment!! FYI: I went to other salon & they said I had very bad dandruff & cut my hair NO PROBLEM.

A long wait and sometimes your haircut is good other times they are rushing so much they don't do a good job if you need a cheap place to get your haircut then this is the place to go
