I took my 2 yr old for a cut he has super curly hair and its always in his face i asked to cut a lot off but was told because of the curls it isnt wise so i spent almost 20 dollars on a small child hair cut. The lady only took off half an inch and it took five min but his hair still looks the same and made me extremely mad that now ill have to go somewhere else and spend even more money to get a cheap kids haircut. I feel the ladies there dont know or care about what they are doing and i had to listen to them gossip about customers the whole time i waited. Unprofessional. If i could id get my money back.

Friday went in and was ridiculed for not using online check in. Today I used online check in and told the wait would be 30 minutes. Left to go to Marble Falls and when I was almost there wait jumped to over 70 minutes. Called and asked the issue and they used a string of excuses to justify. Talked to GM and Great Clips they couldn’t care less

Too busy worried when they get off work or talking with there co workers.... they messed up my hair.

Tried to come in and get a beard trim. I called first to make sure they did them. The girl who answered said yes. I asked if they took walk ins and the girl said yes, that all we do. So I arrive an hour later and the first thing I'm asked is, Did you make an appointment online? I said no, I was told you only take walk ins. They said it would be about 25 minutes. I said I couldn't wait that long, I had a date and started to walk out. I thought it over though and decided if I got in in 25 minutes I could still make my date, barely. So I went back in and waited. There was a guy in the chair already and two people ahead of me. After 25 minutes, another guy comes in and sits down to wait, and the two guys ahead of me are almost done. Another guy walks in and sits down. After 30 minutes, one of the guys ahead of me is finished. He checks out, and then the barber apparently takes a break for five minutes. I've been waiting 35 minutes now. She comes back, and spends the next 4 minutes cleaning up her station. I'm really pushing the time limit now. She finally finishes, walks to the front, looks straight at me, and then turns and takes the guy that walked in 25 minutes after I did. I guess he made an appointment online. I stormed out without a word, but I'll never return. Good riddance.
