The lady who cut my son's hair did not listen to me. I said I wanted to lose a little bit of the fluff around the back and sides, and take some off the bangs. Apparently, 'lose a little bit of the fluff around the back and sides' means taking the buzz razor and shaving it down to a 2. He had never had his hair that short. Won't be taking him back.

The stylists are more concerned about what they are doing after work than what their customers want. Will never go there again, I'm in the process of trying to find another stylist to fix this mess of a haircut.
