I’ve been getting my hair done at William Edge since 2006. I love the experience from the moment you walk in the door til the moment you leave. Very hospitable. Comfortable. Clean. And a little edgy. I’ve been using Aveda products for years and my hair loves it! I’m had short hair, long hair, updos, and makeup appointments. All are fantastic. Love love love!

I went to this place a few years ago and have been wanting to give it a review but never did, until now. but let me just say my experience was horrible. like i said, it was a few years ago and i still remember it to this day. went in to get my hair dyed and they did see me in less than 20 minutes which was good, i guess. i have black hair and i was going for a reddish color. had a $100 gift card and i let the lady know about it just to start some conversation. i then asked her how much it would be to get my hair straightened as well. and i don’t remember if she gave me a price or not but then she goes on to ask me if the $100 gift card was all i had to pay with. the tone she used made my mom and i feel so uncomfortable. at first i didn’t hear what she had asked and i said “yes.” and she just said “ohh” and i saw her facial expression in the mirror.. but then i realized what she had asked and simply said, “oh sorry we obviously do have more money.” i though it was really rude and she made me feel so low. my mom and I are hispanics and she made us feel as if we maybe couldn’t afford this place. anyway, the total came out to $140 for it to only look red in the sunlight. did not like it one bit. don’t remember the ladies name but she was a blonde/brunette. this was such a horrible experience. and i don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I had in the past gone to Prodedgy and was very happy and for some reason I stopped going. Decided to make an appointment for a hair cut Stylist really DID not listen to me nor did she ask any questions. Told her I wanted SAME style just that it had grown. . I like another poster had Hillary and she was "CUT Happy" My hair hasn't been this short in forever. May not need another cut until Fall! I also want to shed tears and husband is NOT at all pleased. The 3 stars is only given for front desk and how well salon is kept clean

I asked for a half inch to be trimmed from my hair, since I'm growing it out... halie cut the crap out of my hair. I asked her to stop cutting my layers twice. Also asked for my hair to be toned back to platinum and it is ash blonde. I'm so unhappy with my hair and I was just getting longer like I liked. It literally made me cry. Never going back to prodigy again, and I've been going there for years. Oh and something about a cancelation policy where they had to take my credit card a day ahead of time. Did I mention how unhappy I am with my hair?😭😭

Prodigy worked me in on short notice. Jordan for my color and Haley for my cut was by far the best color and cut I have had in years. Stylist are super conscientious.
